Letter From Recruitment Chair
My sisters and I at Phi Mu are so excited for recruitment, and we are thrilled that you are interested in going Greek! Looking back to when I first accepted my bid, I feel that I have grown so much as a person, and I have this chapter to thank for that. Phi Mu brought me out of my comfort zone and has shown me that I have much more to offer than what I was giving. Since joining, I have learned to be a better friend, sister and leader by living by our core values of love, honor and truth. From formals to mixers, football games and giving back to our philanthropy, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, there is never a dull moment with my sisters. During my three years, I have had the opportunity of serving my chapter on our Executive committee twice, attending Phi Mu Officer Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, improving my grades drastically and having the best college experience - all due to the love and support from my sisters. Through the good and bad days, I am thankful to always have a sister by my side, not just for now, but for life.
Phi Mu has given me so many priceless memories during my time at UH, and I would like for everyone to have this great experience. I cannot wait to bring home new Phis to carry on this chapter’s legacy. If you have any questions about the recruitment process or our sisterhood, feel free to email me! Be bold, go Greek!
